In this chapter I want to discus some rays which you ain 't see much in private tanks. And this is strange because they are beautiful animals. I have to say they all get big 20" (like the most freshwater stingrays) . But the have beautiful patterns. And it is strange that although a Leopoldie gets bigger than these species, we rarely see them in private tanks. Strange?

Beautiful animal with a beautiful dark yellow pattern. Specially the Menchacai and "Flower ray"lover among us will love these fish. Although these fish are far more aggressive feeders then the tiger and flower rays.

Again a beautiful animal with a dark ground color and yellow spots.

An almost black ray with yellow spots, what is the difference with a Potamotrygon Itaituba (P14) outside the disk size of an adult animal. I've only seen these animals at a wholesaler never in a private tank. And I ask myself why not, this are beautiful animals.

Again a beauty all these rays have a pure white disk bottom and some of them have white seem on the disk edge.
