The White 2

Yesterday one of our breeding pairs of pearls delivered a batch of pups. It is a litter of 10 animals, 5 of them are white, 2 males and 3 females. The previous litters of this pair delivered 2 white animals already, the last animal didn't make it. So now a litter of 5 white pearls is really unbelievable. Enjoy the pictures we sure do.

Update on the white pearl. The animal is now 1 1/2 month old and doing very well. The pattern is getting more pronounced. The color on the tail gives us an idea how the adult version of this animal will look like. You sometimes see this pattern on the white python snakes. The pattern is very eregular but this we have seen on normal pearls also. Let's see what she looks like in a few weeks.

Last week in our breeding facilities a white pearl has been born out of regular parents. This is a lutino pearl female. Animal has all colours only the black is missing. She is doing very well and eating like a pig. She has a lot off spots even when she was a regular it would be a very nice animal. That we are very happy with this animal goes without saying.

21-06-2009 A small picture update of this stunning animal. The pattern is changing all the time. Look at the belly picture some yellow spots are developing on the belly.

21-06-2009 Last monday a second white pearl has been born. The parents are the same parents as the first one. Again without the help of LV. All her brothers and sisters are regular looking light pearls.Our first white pearl is changing very much as the pictures above show.
